Gift card terms
- Delivered by email as soon as your order is complete, with the code and redemption instructions. Forward it or print it.
- Never expires, and no fees of any kind are deducted from the balance.
- Shop products: enter the code at checkout. It can be combined with another payment method.
- Private-pay services from ZipHealthy PLLC, including private-pay therapy sessions: contact the practice at info@ziphealthy.com or (479) 259-1390 before the appointment and the balance is applied to your invoice at face value. Session redemptions are handled by the practice directly, not through shop checkout.
- Gift cards cannot be applied to insurance copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or any other insurance cost sharing.
- Buying or redeeming a gift card does not create a therapist-client relationship and does not guarantee appointment availability. Clinical services follow the practice's intake, informed-consent, scheduling, and cancellation policies.
- If a session paid with a gift card is cancelled under the cancellation policy, the amount is restored to the card balance.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
