Digital products (toolkits, bundles, and the digital library) Every digital product is delivered instantly. As soon as your order is complete, secure download links are sent to the email address you used at checkout. Nothing ships, and there is nothing to wait for. If the delivery email has not arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, or contact us through the store contact page and we will resend your files. Printed guided journals (print-on-demand) Our guided journals are printed on demand, just for you, and ship free within the United States. Printing typically takes 2-3 business days, and your journal arrives within 7-10 business days of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it is on its way. Because each journal is printed to order, we cannot redirect a package once it has shipped - please double-check your shipping address at checkout. For delivery outside the United States, contact us before ordering. Mixed orders If your order includes both digital and printed items, the digital items arrive by email immediately and the printed items follow by mail.
