RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with ZipHealthy Wellness Shop (“ZipHealthy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by ZipHealthy, PLLC. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS
All products sold through ZipHealthy Wellness Shop — including but not limited to guided journals, wellness toolkits, bundles, digital products, and any other items offered now or in the future — are sold on a final-sale basis. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds except as expressly stated below.
WHY ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Many of our products, including guided journals, are custom manufactured and printed to order specifically for you at the time of purchase. These items cannot be restocked or resold. Wellness toolkits, bundles, and other curated products contain proprietary therapeutic and educational content that, once delivered, cannot be returned to its original condition. For these reasons, all products are considered final sale upon order confirmation.
SOLE EXCEPTION: DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is materially defective in manufacturing (e.g., missing pages, significant printing errors, physical damage sustained during production) or if you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered, you may contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery to request a replacement. To submit a claim, you must:
- Email us at support@ziphealthy.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item
We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, either ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a store credit. Refunds to original payment method are not available. We reserve the right to deny any claim that we determine, in our sole discretion, does not constitute a legitimate manufacturing defect or shipping error.
The following do NOT qualify as defects: minor color variations inherent to the printing process, cosmetic imperfections that do not affect usability, damage caused by the customer after delivery, or dissatisfaction with the content, design, or subject matter of the product.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because our products enter production promptly after order placement, we cannot guarantee cancellation of any order once submitted. If you wish to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@ziphealthy.com. Cancellations are granted only if the order has not yet entered the production or fulfillment process, as determined solely by us.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Any digital products, downloadable content, or electronically delivered materials are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances. All sales of digital products are final upon delivery or upon access being granted, whichever occurs first.
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
You agree to contact us directly at support@ziphealthy.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting resolution with us may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any applicable remedies under this policy.
PRE-PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return and Refund Policy, including that all sales are final. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are presented in good faith, but minor variations may occur.
